Belkamneft has 56 oil fields on the books, including such major fields as Arlanskoye, Chernovskoye, Novoselkinskoye, Smolnikovskoye, Yuskinskoye, Sosnovskoye, and Tsentralnoye.

Born January 28, 1970
Education:
Graduated from the Ufa State Petroleum Technological University in 1994 with a degree in Oil and Gas Field Development and Operation.
Professional Experience:
From 1994 to 2000, he worked as operator for oil and gas production, shift technologist, technologist, and leading technologist at AOOT MEGIONNEFTEGAZ.
From 2000 to 2004, he held various positions at OAO SLAVNEFT-MEGIONNEFTEGAZ.
From 2004 to 2005, he was a leading specialist at OAO TNK-Nizhnevartovsk.
From 2005 to 2008, he held senior positions at OAO Belkamneft.
In 2008 to 2009, he was Deputy Director General for Manufacturing at OOO Belkamstroi.
From 2009 to 2017, he held the positions of Chief Engineer and Head of the Oil and Gas Production Department No. 2 at AO Belkamneft named after A. A. Volkov.
On 3 October 2017, Arsibekov was appointed General Director of AO Belkamneft named after A. A. Volkov.
In 2017, was awarded the Gratitude of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
In 2020, was awarded the Honorary certificate of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
