UNS (Uralnefteservis) company was founded in May 1997 and became a part of Neftisa in 2013. The company operates in Perm Region. UNS produces oil in the territory of nine oil fields, such as Ozhginskoye, Altinovskoye, Dubovogorskoye, Kapkanskoye, Kamenskoye, and Yeskinskoye fields. Since 2015, UNS has had the right to use the resources of Krasilnikovsky area in Sverdlovsk Region, thereby becoming the only oil producer in this region.
The company has more than 50 active producing wells with a daily production rate of more than 600 tons a day. Oil security in Perm Group is more than 60 years.

Education:
He graduated in 1988 from the Izhevsk State Technical University with a degree in Economics and Organization of the Machine-Building Industry.
He graduated in 1997 from the Institute for Retraining and Additional Training of the Financial Academy majoring in Banking.
Professional Experience:
From 1982 to 1989, he held various positions in the production association Izhstal.
From 1989 to 1993, he worked as leading engineer-economist, head of the Planning and Economic Department, and Deputy Director for Economic Matters at Uvinskoye Peat Mining Enterprise.
From 1994 to 1996, he was Chief Economist of the Ministry of Finance of the Udmurt Republic.
From 1996 to1998, he worked as Chief Accountant at AO Reduktor, then as Deputy Chief Economist at ZAO ASPEK (Industrial and Economic Association).
From 1999 to 2008, he held executive positions in OAO Belkamneft and OAO Komnedra.
In 2008–2009, he was an adviser to the General Director of OAO Investment group Alrosa; from 2009 to 2010, he worked as Deputy Director General for Oil and Gas Projects at ZAO Alrosa-Africa.
From 2010 to 2012, he worked as Deputy Director and Director of the Neftechala Operating Company branch in Azerbaijan.
From 2012 to 2013, he was head of the Production and Dispatcher Service of the Oil and Gas Production Division of NK RussNeft OAO.
In 2013, he joined OAO NK Neftisa as head of the Production and Dispatcher Service of the Oil and Gas Production Department. In the same year, he was appointed General Director of AO Samarainvestneft.
In 2016, was awarded the Honorary certificate of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
Since February 1, 2017, he has been General Director of AO UNS.
In 2019, was awarded the Honorary title of “Honorary Oilman” by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
