Neftegazpromtech company was founded on November 6, 1998. The company has been a part of Neftisa Group since March 2017. Nizhne-Chutinskoye oil field in the Komi Republic is managed by Neftegazpromtech.

He graduated from the Lenin Komsomol Tyumen Industrial Institute in 1989 with a degree in Technology and Integrated Mechanization of Oil and Gas Field Development.
Professional Experience:
From 1989 to 1996, he held various positions at DAOOT Samotlorneft, Nizhnevartovsk.
In 1996, he was chief geologist of OAO RUBINOVOYE.
From 1996 to 2000, he worked as chief technologist for the geology and mining service of OAO NK Magma and then moved to ZAO Sinko-NNP where he spent 5 years as chief geologist.
In 2005 to 2006, he was Vice President of Geology and Exploration at OOO Urals Energy.
From 2007 to 2012, General Director of OOO Sinko-Resurs.
From 2012 to 2014, Deputy Director General of OOO Rufieganneftegaz, Nizhnevartovsk.
2014–2016, administration project manager; manager of the Corporate Projects Department of OOO GES Roznitsa, Rostov-on-Don.
From 2016 to 2017, chief geologist of Executive Office of OOO NK Novy Potok.
In February 2017, he was invited to join OOO Neftegazpromtech as General Director. Since August 2017, he also works as General Director of AO Komnedra.
In 2019, was awarded the Gratitude of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
